PROPERTIES OF CABLE RECYCLING LINES

RL-CL-01

  1. Multi Purpose Rasper. This machine is an effective, medium-speed, dual drive Rasper designed for cable recycling. It ensures individual size reduction down to approx. 15-25 mm fraction sizes.
  2. Over Band Magnet. An over band magnet for removing ferrous parts from shredded cable fraction after Multi Purpose Rasper.
  3. Fine Granulator. A high-speed, single shaft Fine Granulator for final granulation stage and opening of the cables. Fraction sizes typically between 3-8 mm granulate.
  4. Separation Table. For the final separation of material into a 99,5% (or better) clean metal fraction.

Cable Recycling Line

RL-CL-02

  1. Rough Chopper. Single shaft pre-chopper ensuring size reduction down to approx. 10-25 mm in fraction sizes.
  2. Belt Conveyor. Belt conveyor with drum magnet for steel removal.
  3. Buffer Silo. Buffer Silo with variable speed screw conveyor balances the output from the Rough Chopper into the Granulator.

Cable Recycling Line 2

  1. Granulator. High-speed, single shaft Granulator for final granulation stage, releasing insulation from conductor. Fraction sizes typically between 3-8 mm granules.
  2. Separator.Gravity air separator with returning middling fraction. Final separation into metals and insulation. Minimum 99,5% metal purity.
